I’m not gonna lie, I love a good binge-watching spree as much as the next person. Vegging out on the couch after a long day or a hectic week can be just what the doctor ordered. But there’s only so much mindless TV I can watch before I start to feel like a waste of space. Documentaries can sometimes fill the void, but I don’t always want to commit to a lengthy feature film… (champagne problems, I know).

BUT, the truth is, down time doesn’t have be mindless. In fact, we can actually leverage our leisure time to feel more curious, engaged and inspired. Goodbye binge-watching. Hello binge-learning!
